What does IICS stand for, and how has the history and progress of IICS evolved over time?
IICS stand for "Indonesia's International Coaching Summit". IICS is an annual program organized by the ICF Jakarta Charter Chapter. The program started in 2012 with the name ICS - International Coaching Summit. In 2022, the ICF Jakarta Charter Chapter rebranded the ICS event to IICS. From 'International Coaching Summit' into 'Indonesia's International Coaching Summit'
This year IICS will be held from 07 - 25 Nov 2023.
What is the main purpose of IICS
To provide a medium for learning, collaborating and building networks in the world of Coaching. The program was started from a mission to provide education to the wider community in Indonesia regarding coaching as a human empowerment technology, and became a prestigious annual program worldwide.
Will the IICS 2023 event be conducted virtually similar to IICS 2022?

Will the virtual sessions take place for the whole dates, 07 - 25 November 2023?
No, the session will take place every weekend and some weekdays from the 07th to 25th of November virtually according to the schedule.
This year, closing on the 22th of November, there will be a hybrid session in Jakarta, with various program on site.
In addition, the recording sessions will be available 1 week after each session is completed.

What if I'm not available during the virtual session dates?
The recorded sessions will be available 1 week after the session and can be accessed only by registered participants. Login to the website to get access to the recording.
What do I need to attend the virtual sessions?
To attend the virtual session, you need a good internet connection, your device or computer, and a valid registration. You can log in directly through the IICS 2023 schedule page or through the link in the "add to calendar" email that was sent to the email address you used to register.
How can I ask questions at the Virtual session?
Once you join the Zoom meeting room, your microphone will be muted by default. You can ask questions via the zoom chat box or raise your hand for the host to unmute your microphone and directly ask questions to the speaker. Moderators will ask participants to ask questions and address the questions posted.
I am a presenter/speaker/moderator at the event. What should I do?
We will contact you directly regarding your participation in the program.
Where can I get the link to the session?
One day after you pay for the tickets, you will receive an email from the IICS 2023 Committee describing your payment receipt and other information. We are not emailing you the link to each session. You can join the session by clicking the "Attend Live" button on the schedule page. If you don't want to miss the session, you can click the "Add to Calendar" button.
How do I claim my CCE Units?
The CCE Unit will be printed on the certificate. The certificate will be available 1 week after the session. You can download the certificate by logging in to the website and clicking the "certificate" button on the schedule page per session.
How can I claim the certificate?
The certificate will be available 1 week after the session. You can download the certificate by logging in to the website and clicking the "certificate" button on the schedule page per session. For the best learning experience, we encourage you to join the session in a full-time manner, or at least 80% of the duration. A certificate will be published for those who meet this criterion. If you fail to meet its minimum of 80% attendance, you will not be entitled to any certificate.
My name on the certificate is wrong/typo, how can I claim for the correction?
We will use the name that you registered on the website to publish the certificate. Ensure that you enter your name correctly when you sign up, or you can edit your name in your profile. At every session in the summit, we will also provide a link for you to type your name for the certificate, including your zoom account name you use during the session for us to validate your attendance and your name to be printed on the certificate. Please fill it in correctly. By that, we will minimize the typo of your name on the certificate. However, if the typo persists after the certificate is published, you can request a 1 (one) time correction by clicking the certificate correction request link in the website's footnote.
I am a presenter/speaker/moderator at this summit. Am I registered automatically as a participant?
If you are invited as a presenter/speaker/moderator, you are automatically registered as a participant as well. Therefore, you don't have to do the registration process. Our team will contact you about the login process. Those who have already registered as coaches must re-register as participants in ICS 2020 and complete the registration process, including payment.However, we have registered your account as a coach on coachingyuk.com. Please check your registered email for the instructions on how to utilize coachingyuk.com.
How do I register for the virtual sessions?
Registration for the virtual summit is open. Click Buy Ticket on the top right corner of the page (or click Register on the schedule page) and follow the instructions on the registration process. There will be a type of participant option. Please select this option, and enter your entitled voucher code accordingly. Any mismatched code will be invalid by default. For example, if you are a member of ICF, then you must choose the ICF Member type of participant and insert the voucher code for ICF Member.
How do I know my ICF membership ID?
If you are registered as an ICF Member, you will have an ID Member that is available on your profile page on the ICF website. Register at https://coachingfederation.org/.
Can I also register both as an ICF member and as a representative of a coaching school?
During your registration, you should choose whether you want to register as an ICF Member or a Coaching School Representative. Each has different benefits for different types. During registration, you are asked to enter the voucher code to claim the benefits.
How can I get the voucher code?
The ICF Chapter Committee, Coaching Schools, Media/Community Partners, Corporate Registered, Sponsors, and Speakers (depending on the type of participant) all have the Voucher Code.Please contact its representative accordingly.
I received a voucher code. What should I do with this?
The IICS Committee publishes Voucher Codes for the ICF Members, Coaching Schools' Graduates, Media/Community Partners' Members/Relations, Corporate Registrants, Sponsors, and Speakers' Complimentary Appreciation, and Lucky Prize Winners. If you are one of those, you can use this voucher code to get special benefits for your participation in the summit. Enter the code correctly along with the type of participant when you register or buy a ticket to the summit.
If I wish to cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?
Please consult the cancellation policy outlined on the registration page for the most up-to-date information.
Why do I have to fill in my mailing address?
For Indonesia participants, we provide merchandise for your participation, and it is bundled with your registration ticket. We will send the merchandise to your mailing address. Please fill in the correct mailing address along with the postal code and your phone number. We will ship it to the participant, but they will have to pay for it because we will deliver it "Cash on Delivery" (COD).
